Also make sure that there's a good breakfast planned, and that any driving happens in the afternoon not the morning - since there's likely to be plenty of alcohol left in everyone's body! And please please please make sure that you and the other guests know that it's entirely inappropriate to talk about the specifics of the stag at any point during the wedding, even if you're certain no-one else is listening. It wasn't long ago that a stag weekend outside of the UK was seen as incredibly unusual, but with the arrival of cheap international flights (as well as the Eurostar) it's almost normal.
